PORT TALBOT
HISTORICAL SOCIETY.
Welcome to the website of Port Talbot Historical Society.
The Society is well established, being formed in 1954 from a nucleus of an older society which had been dissolved before WW2, and is dedicated to the study of local history and archaeology by organising lectures, field meetings and by encouraging research, the recording of monuments and the preservation of the history of the town.
The Annual subscription is:
£5 for individuals,
£7.50 for joint membership,
£1 for students under 21.
