The Aberystwyth Branch of the Royal Naval Association was formed on 20th February 1953. It celebrated its 50th Anniverary in 2003.
The Branch started to meet in premises in Commercial Street and a Club was formed. In 1976 the Club bought the old White Hart in Market Street and Branch Headquarters moved there. The Branch has strong ties with the club and it still uses the premises in Market Street.
The Branch has a strong affiliation with the local Sea Cadet unit TS Cardigan Bay and items of iterest to the sea cadets will appear on this site.
All visiting ex-service men and women are welcome and a special welcome goes out to all ex Navy.
All memebrs and ex members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Reserve Forces, Wrens and members of the Fleet Auxilary are welcome to join as full members. Anyone who supports the ideals of the Royal Naval Association can join as Associate members.
